Option 1 - Register online

For more details click on the sport icon above you would like to register for.
All online payments are completed through the security of paypal by way of credit or debit card.
13% HST wil be added to all listed registration prices upon payment.

Option 2 - Register offline by emailing: play@teamplay.ca

If you prefer to pay offline, payment can be made by cash or cheque via in-person drop off or via mail. Simply email us to arrange this.
Cheques are payable to "teamplay.ca".

Option 3 - Email Money Transfer sent to: play@teamplay.ca

FIRST, complete the online registration form for the sport you want to play. In the notes section include that you prefer to pay by email money transfer.

In the email money transfer use the same email address you used to register and include the following information in the transfer message box:
- Sport you are playing. ie. K-W Co-ed Soccer
- The league name and season. ie. Recreational 6's - Summer 2011
- Which night the league is playing. ie. Monday
If you are making multiple payments please include all necessary information for all payments.
