K-W Co-ed Beach Volleyball > Register

Sign up for Beach volleyball! Get your friends together and sign up as a team or sign up as an individual and we'll find a team for you. We have leagues for every skill level.

*Note: HST is included in all rates.

Game details:

• Spring & Summer Beach Leagues:
  • All games are played on outdoor sand (beach) volleyball courts.
  • Game times: May - August - 6:30 or 7:30. Mid-end August games start times switch to 6:00 or 7:00 (due to earlier sunset).
  • Entrance to Kiwanis Park on game nights is included with registration.
• Fall & Winter Season Leagues:
  • All games are played indoors at various gyms.
• General notes for all leagues:
  • You play one match per week, each match is 3 games (55 minutes of play). All three games count towards the standings.
  • Scoring is rally point, up to 25 points.
  • All games are co-ed. Each team must play a minimum of 2 males and 2 females on the court at all times.
  • 6's means 6 players on the court for each team. 4's means 4-on-4 play.
  • Suggested team size for 6's: 7-12 players
  • Suggested team size for 4's: 6-8 players
  • All games are self-refereed.

• Times and locations may be changed depending on availability.

Skill levels:

• Rookie - Your team is brand new to the sport or the your team members haven't played in years. You are new to organized leagues and are looking for a non-competitive and beginner-friendly league.
• Rec or Recreational - All skill levels are welcome from beginners to advanced. No experience required. New players to the game are welcome. The focus is on having fun and helping each other learn the fundamentals of the game.
• Int or Intermediate - Experienced players who are knowledgeable with the game's rules. You have participated in at least one season of either teamplay.ca's K-W Co-ed Volleyball or another organized league. The focus on this night is fun, friendly competitive play while strictly following all of the game's rules.
